A Miami Beach masterpiece rises from behind a historic facade. L’Atelier, the grounds of the historic Golden Sands Hotel is a residential translucent glass tower with mesmerizing views. This perfect combination of exclusivity, glamour, and creativity was once the leisure playground and respite for the Rat Pack Set. This reimagined luxury boutique tower is now home to only a few elite seekers of this great lifestyle where sun, relaxation, luxury, history, and art converge. A luxury Miami interior project such as this, where powder blue skies and sapphire seas serve as the backdrop demanded an open format layout that was simple, comfortable, and art-forward. Catering to this criteria DLAB incorporated low and loungy furniture, innovative non-intrusive lighting, and comfortable but interesting upholstery options. The minimal and sleek appointments with an emphasis on key art and wall coverings to capture the light instill an overall calm, gallery-like aesthetic.
